When Will My Order Ship?

- Great question! I am just a gal, who has a full time job. I try to ship out orders as soon as possible but every once in a while life gets the better of me and it takes a few days. Your new friend's journey home to you will definitely start within two weeks of order. UNLESS - you adopted a preorder babe, and in that case, your friend's listing has the time frame they will be shipped out by.


Will you be making any more Hippo?

- I love you all for wanting more Hippo! Trust me, I love him just as much as you do! Because I am just one person making plushies, I do everything within my power to protect my peace and my plushies! Too much of something good can become a bad thing. I do not want to over make Hippo and end up resenting making them. So, no more Hippo. 💔

Uh Oh! My plushie needs mending! What now?

- No Worries! It's not super often a friend will need mending, but do keep in mind that your new friend has a lot of hand sewn parts. I do my best to ensure thread intergrity, but occassionally a stitch might pop. I offer free life time mending services for any friend made by me. Just reach out to me here, on Instagram, through email, send me a carrier pigeon, a message in a bottle - whatever means of communication is easiest for you. I will set up shipping for your friend to come back to me, they'll have a nice little vacation with me, then go home to you with tales to tell.

RESELL- 

I ask that you do not purchase my items with intent of resale or trade bait. Selling and trading is permitted, however, if you are caught selling at "market value" (over retail) you WILL be blacklisted from future drops, commissions, or general purchases. You are not permitted to sell or trade within 30 days of receiving your plush. If you are caught doing this, you will be banned from my shop. Please be kind and fair to your fellow collectors!
